You must not:of, or replaces it (‘Website’). In these terms the words ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to PETAA.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

The terms and conditions applicable to purchases made through PETAA’s Online Bookshop are presented at the point of purchase. Those terms operate in addition to these Website terms and the Privacy Policy (together, these terms).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website immediately.

Website content

We take reasonable care to ensure that information and content available on or through the Website (Content) is accurate and current at the time of publication.

Use of digital services and member content

The Website provides access to digital resources, publications, online courses, recordings, events, surveys and other services, including member-only content. Access to certain areas of the Website is restricted to registered users or members and is provided in accordance with the type of membership held.

Membership access and login use

  • Individual membership access is limited to the named individual only.
  • School membership access is provided for staff currently employed at the named school. Each staff member must access PETAA services using their own individual login credentials.

Login credentials must not be shared. Access to PETAA services or content must not be provided to individuals or organisations outside the scope of the applicable membership unless expressly authorised by PETAA.

PETAA may suspend or restrict access where misuse of accounts, credentials or licensed access is identified.

Your PETAA Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and maintain login credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify PETAA promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account or a security breach.

PETAA is not responsible for loss arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures have been followed.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Website
  • scrape, copy or systematically extract content
  • introduce malicious code or harmful material
  • use the Website in a way that infringes the rights of others or any applicable laws
